香港人生活節奏急促,我們打算研發的「巴巴在哪兒」是一個創新的應用程式,提供小巴即時資訊以及預留座位的功能。我們的期望是節省人們等候交通工具的時間,令大家可以選擇一條最理想的路線。

這是一個很好的嘗試,可以參考台灣的 Taxigo,這個初創運用 LINE 或 Facebook Messenger 來做用戶界面,減輕開發成本及用戶下載程式的門檻,對於你們起動個計劃能有一定幫助。
更重要是紅色小巴在非繁忙時間經常遊街等客,乘車時間反而比起坐巴士還久,若你們能成功研發,讓司機們更掌握乘客需求,其實也是雙贏局面。

非常感謝您嘅意見。我地會參考更多同類型嘅程式再作改進,至於第二點,我地正正係考慮到類近嘅問題,所以想先綠巴,再做紅巴。

great to see this (same as mine before); there are few key areas of focus:
1/ must create the values for minibus companies;
2/ empty seats counting - must use sensors technologies instead of asking Drivers to do so; pave the way for IoT opportunities too;
3/ legal risk : will "pre-booking" be considered as "uber-like" argument?
4/ "Green vs. Red Vans"?
